We act as a ”one-stop-shop”, which means that we are able to handle all stages in the development process, from prototype to product. We’re also capable of providing specification work and qualified project management.
Circuitry Scheme
We map out circuitry in Altium Designer and Multisim, which allows us to simulate and verify that everything works according to expectations during the development process, providing you with the ability to monitor and direct the end result.
PCB Surface
When the mapping is finalised, the files are transferred to a CAD for PCB development. This is done in Altium Designer or UltiBoard. We also take into account other conditions, such as EMC parameters.
Physical CAD-modell
A finesse with Altium Designer is that we are able to produce a 3d-modell which enables us to verify that the module has the correct dimensions and mechanics to fit where intended. Being able to verify the module in a CAD environment allows us to cut down costs and development time from having to produce several physical prototypes.
Material Specification & Manufacturing
When the module is confirmed we ship it to our chosen manufacturing partner. It is wise to choose partner early on, to allow for adequate time to choose from the manufacturers components and materials. Necessary instructions, tests and other assembly notes are delivered to out partner to assure alignment.

CAD
We design all mechanics in Solid Works to provide quick and efficient design proposals and production support.
3D Printing
We have our own 3d printer for rapid prototyping. This means that we are able to quickly turnover a physical modell for review. This helps us make valuable decisions and corrections to ensure the unit has the right details and fits it’s intended purpose.
Documentation
Once the construction is finished and approved, we send all production material and documents to the chosen production partner. We ensure that the handoff materials are clear and easy to follow.
Integrated Systems
Integrated systems are usually refers to programs tailored for a specific product. If, for example, there is need for a regulating function, we are able to build a mathematical modell and upload it to the software via a drive. The processor will then run the function and regulate the specified command.
Data Communication
We can offer solutions within data communication for a wide variety of protocols. Our longstanding relationship with Volvo has fostered a solid experience of the protocols used in the automotive industry. We can deliver MODUS®, I2C OR UART if you require. Communication via Bluetooth and Wifi or TCP/IP are of course standards.
Web Applications / Interfaces
A website is a good way to achieve a communication, regardless of platform being used. If you want your product or application to be available on mobile, tablet or desktop; a web based solution could be the way to go. There are many standards which means it can be a cost effective solution. We are able to tailor the UI to any screen, so that it performs on your custom product.

Electronics Development
When the development is done it’s time to manufacture. Because we have a great understanding of the full process, from prototype to product, we make sure that the modell is constructed so that it is easily transfered into production. Frameworks and rules are considered and the solution is tested, making sure your product meets standards for qualifications and certificates.
Mechanical Manufacturing
When the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) are manufactured, they are usually mounted in some sort of rack or casing. We help you find the right method and execution for your product, making sure it is robust and reliable.

An important detail is the connection of a variety of details and products. Even though wireless technology is very capable, many times cable are needed for signal and power transfer. Most of our shipment include a customised cable set specific to your product.
Documentation & Support
Before shipping your product – we assemble all the necessary documentation and prepare the packaging, which is clearly marked with serial numbers and/or production version. This way we all know what we’re talking about should you need support.
Storage, Logistics & Delivery
We have, during our years of operation on a global scale, developed the capacity to handle large production quantities. We can moreover serve as your buffer inventory if you have the need to send products in batches or on suborder. This expels your organisation from warehouse costs and maintenance.
